Letter to the Owner

Dear Mr. Kassner,

I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful service I received from your service facility a few weeks ago. Especially from Chis Vega who took the time to listen to me regardless the trouble i was having with my car. After mmonths of problems and several attempts to have it fixed at Causeway Ford in Manahawkin, Chris was able to correctly identify the problem and fix it. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how they were able to correct it. With the poor service I received from Causeway it is nice to know there are still places like Chapman who treat their customers with respect.

Again my sincerest thank for the excellent service and employing such dedicated and wonderful people

Sincerely,

Pat P

THE FORD STORY...

www.thefordstory.com

Ford is different. You can see it in the high-quality, fuel-efficient cars and trucks on the road today. In addition to our products, keep this in mind about Ford Motor Company:

* We are an American Company with global operations employing more than 200,000 people.

* We have not requested assistance from the U.S. Federal Government and, in turn, are not burdening taxpayers during this lull in the ecomomy. This position further allows our Company to remain lean and in control of our own destiny.

* We have a "green" philosophy that is evident in our long-term history, our operating philosophy, our products, our plants and in the communities we live in.

* We are different and our story is different...and it's yours to share. Be sure to check back regularly for the latest news and ongoing developments at www.thefordstory.com

message to Jim Bailey Service Director

I hope this email gets to the right person, as I would like to let someone know about one of your workers. We come there often with our vehicles, and Eric Courtney always is our advisor. He does such a wonderful job helping us to get our cars fixed in a timely manner and is always so pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to accommadate us. You truly have a gem working for you, hope he is appreciated. Thank You

Lincoln MKZ Earns "Top Safety Pick" Distinction

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has named the new 2010 Lincoln MKZ a Top Safety Pick, giving you yet another reason to purchase or lease Lincoln's luxury midsize sedan. This latest achievement solidfies Ford Motor Company's industry-leading number of Top Safety Picks. In order to earn this distinction, the IIHS requires a vehicle to recieve ratings of "good" in offset frontal impact, side impact and rear impact evaluations, and also to offer electronic stability control.
