SYNC CALLS 911 FOR HELP
When Cheryl Vogel of Derwood,Md., logged on to syncmyride.com and set up SYNC 911 Assisr, her timing couldn't have been better: The very next day a minivan slammed into the passenger-side door of her two-day-old 2009 Ford Escape and the system called 911 to summon help. SYNC 911 Assist is one of the new safety features available with Ford's voice-activated SYNC navigation and communications system-and unlike other crash-emergency systems, it uses your Bluetooth-enabled phone to dial 911 directly, rather than going through a third-party operator. That saves seconds that could be crucial. "When the accident happened, I didn't have to do anything," says Vogel. "SYNC said,'We sensed you were in an accident, we're calling 911' ". Emergency responders arrived on the scene within minutes. "It doesn't matter what age you are," Vogel says. "When you get into an accident, you need all the help you can get."

Dear Mr. Kassner,
I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful service I received from your service facility a few weeks ago. Especially from Chis Vega who took the time to listen to me regardless the trouble i was having with my car. After mmonths of problems and several attempts to have it fixed at Causeway Ford in Manahawkin, Chris was able to correctly identify the problem and fix it. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how they were able to correct it. With the poor service I received from Causeway it is nice to know there are still places like Chapman who treat their customers with respect.

I have a 1996 Ford Escort that had a problem that was driving me crazy... had recently swapped out engine and transmission [myself]. All went will except card lacked power above 2500 RPM. I replaced everything except the air in the tires and had to admit defeat and seek help at your dealership. I just want to express my satisfaction with the whole experience....although the car is old and ugly, your people listened to my trouble and responded very professionally. the car is still old and ugly, but now runs great! Many thanks to your employees!
