Ann Marie was excellent. Very helpful. No pressure. The dealership more than exceeded my expectations. I will definitely purchase from them again. The first dealership I left feeling not taken-advantage-of.

I hate getting service. My advisor really put me at ease. I had recently moved to the area and was very paranoid. He did a great job making me trust the dealership.

This is my 4th lease with Ford Motor Credit through Chapman Ford and every time I've been completely satisfied. Everyone at Chapman was wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone.

All I have to do is call Joe Sullivan and tell him what I need. It magically appears and we have a done deal. It is such a pleasure to have my own personal salesman that I trust and respect. Ford needs more Joe Sullivans!
