From start to finish, Charles Draper worked above and beyond my expectations in every aspect of this purchase. I knew finding the vehicle I was looking for was going to be a difficult task. He found my new Explorer in Delaware and had it here for me in just a few days. Charles spent quite a bit of time going over the different finance options to find what best suited my needs. All the staff at Chapman made my buying experience a great one. I will recommend Charles Draper and Chapman Ford to anyone i know who is looking for a Ford, Lincoln or Mercury vehicle.
This dealership knows the meaning of great customer service, outstanding sales and management team. Outstanding,knowledgeable staff.This is the type of experience we need more of in the purchase of a new vehicle. I will highly recommend this Chapman dealership to any of my friends and family. Great job in making my purchase pleaseant
Salesman was great. It was a pleasure doing business with Chapman. Will definetely recommend to my friends and family, especially Keith my salesperson and Chris in service.
Just wanted to let you all know how bad the service is at the body shop. They lie and tell you your car will be ready and in never is ready. I was told 5 times and it never was ready. I drove 25 minutes to get ther just to be told it's not done yet. Why say one week if you are not sure. Just tell us 2 weeks and if its done early we will be happy.
This is my 4th lease with Ford Credit thru Chapman Ford & every time I've been completely satisfied. Everyone at Chapman Ford was wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone.
I hate getting service. My advisor really put me at ease. I had recently moved to the area and was very paranoid. He did a great job making me trust the dealership.
Ann Marie was excellent. Very helpful, no pressure. The dealership more than exceeded my expectations. I will definitely purchase from them again. The first dealership I left feeling not taken advantage of.
I was very disappointed that no one returned my phone calls or emails. I was interested in buying a new Miata, but if no one will return calls or emails, how will they treat me when I go in? Very disappointing experience. We will be going to another dealer, and we will definitely tell friends about this negative experience.
